Return & Refund Policy

At Afsaneh Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law and applies to all purchases made through our website or official sales channels within the United Arab Emirates.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, as per UAE consumer regulations.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, promotions, or special offers (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or complimentary items

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable, in accordance with UAE law.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
