REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Afsaneh Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, and fragrance products, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Opened or used beauty, skincare, or fragrance products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear images or video of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of approved returns due to our error, return shipping costs will be handled by Afsaneh Beauty.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
